Eastern Express 2013 was a training course arranged in Kiev Ukraine from March 18th till 24th 2013, although most of the participants might feel the training course was longer because most ended up being stuck for some time in a snow storm in Kiev. Most returned home by the next day so we are happy.

Finance for the Training Course was provided by and attended by the Danish National Agency FIVU Melissa Kousgaard, and Finnish National Agency CIMO Paavo Pyykkönen.
“Eastern Express” training course aims at rising quality of Youth Exchanges within Action 3.1 of Youth in Action (YiA) Programme, in cooperation between Programme and Eastern Europe and Caucasus (EECA) countries.
Eastern Express will be focused on planning new Youth Exchanges projects involving Programme Countries and EECA countries. During the training we will explore what makes a Youth Exchange project successful, what is good partnership, how the project should be managed, what should be the active participants of young people and also what support measures can we use.
